Students of Alkhair Integrated Islamic School (AIIS) recently participated in the Hajj Simulation Programme 2026 held at Masjid Al-Ikhlas, Seksyen 13, Shah Alam. The programme provided a meaningful opportunity for students to experience and understand the rituals of Hajj in a practical and engaging learning environment.
Designed as part of Alkhair Integrated Islamic School’s commitment to holistic Islamic education, the simulation introduced students to the steps of Hajj while helping them appreciate the significance of the fifth pillar of Islam. Through guided activities and hands-on participation, students were able to connect classroom learning with real-life practice, making the experience both educational and memorable.
Beyond learning the rituals, the programme also nurtured important values that form the foundation of Islamic character. Students were encouraged to develop discipline, patience, cooperation, and empathy while participating in each stage of the simulation. These values are an essential part of the character-building approach at Alkhair Integrated Islamic School.
At AIIS, we believe that meaningful learning extends beyond the classroom. Experiential programmes such as the Hajj Simulation allow students to deepen their understanding of Islam while developing confidence, responsibility, and a stronger appreciation of their faith.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Masjid Al-Ikhlas, Seksyen 13, Shah Alam, for their warm hospitality and support in making this programme a valuable learning experience for our students. We pray that this experience inspires them to one day perform the pilgrimage of Hajj and continue growing as knowledgeable, compassionate, and God-conscious Muslims.
